The Lionfish Swim Club is a Norfolk-based summer swim team affiliated with the Virginia Beach Swim League ( www.vbsl.net).  We are a volunteer run, nonprofit organization with a goal of making swimming accessible and affordable for all. We believe that every child should have an opportunity to swim.

Swim Team Minimum Requirements

• Swimmers must be between the ages of 6 and 18. Age group is determined by the age of the child on June 14 of the current year.  
• Swimmers must be able to swim the length of a 25 yard pool even struggling at the beginning of the season.
• If you are not sure if your child will is ready to join, we are holding two "Try Us Out" sessions on May 12th and 14th at the Kroc Center.  You can sign up for a slot HERE.
